Terms of use
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms cover files hosted on Corenexis CDN (cdn.corenexis.com). They add to the Corenexis Terms of Service, which apply to every Corenexis service. If the two differ, the Corenexis Terms of Service take precedence.
Using the CDN
- Files are uploaded through Corenexis tools and the Corenexis API and are served from public links.
- Every file has an expiry time and is deleted automatically when it passes. The CDN is not a backup or long-term storage service; keep your own copy of anything important.
- The service is provided as is. We may limit, suspend or change it, and we may remove files where needed to protect the service or its users.
Content that is not allowed
You must not upload or share through the CDN:
- Child sexual abuse material of any kind. It is removed, preserved as evidence and reported to the authorities.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content, including material involving consenting adults.
- Intimate images of a person shared without their consent.
- Content that promotes terrorism or shows extreme violence or gore.
- Harassment, threats, or hateful content that targets people for who they are.
- Someone else's personal or private information without their permission.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Malware, phishing pages, or files used for spam or fraud.
- Anything else that is illegal where you are or in India.
Safety checks and removal
Images are checked automatically after upload and are removed when they break these rules. We also act on reports. Removed files are taken off public access and kept privately where we need them for review or where the law requires it.
Upload records and reporting to authorities
We keep a record of every upload for 180 days from the time of upload, to investigate abuse and to answer lawful requests. For uploads through our API it identifies the account. For uploads through our website tools it includes the uploader's network address, approximate location derived from that address, device and browser details, and the page the upload came from.
If we find or are told about illegal material, including child sexual abuse material, we may report it to law enforcement and other competent authorities, and give them the file, the upload record and the account details we hold, such as name, email address, contact details and network data. We do not share payment card or other financial information unless a court or the law requires it.
Reporting content
To report a file, or to ask us to remove a file you uploaded, use the report form. Include the full link to each file. For other legal requests, write to [email protected].
